Every Monday, I go LIVE on Facebook to talk about the creative mindset. In this video, I encourage you to look back at the last year and really consider all the ways in which you grew. As a person, as a creative, all of it. Just write it all down. Often, we are so focused on how we can improve ourselves, our lives, the next year, that we tend to forget to honour and celebrate the growing we already did.

It’s quite a long video, and I guess that goes to show how much I grew myself this past year. I often joke I no longer remember what my comfort zone looks like, but I think it’s safe to say that rather sums up my 2018.
